Eckoh secures significant partnership agreement
Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK), the UK's leading provider of speech recognition and associated payment solutions, is pleased to announce a new three-year partnership agreement with one of the UK's leading providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) and business process management (BPM) solutions.
The agreement, which is effective immediately, and underpinned by a minimum revenue value, will see Eckoh providing the partner with a range of self-service solutions and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards ("PCI DSS") compliant payment services. This gives the partner the ability to offer their broad range of clients a complete multichannel customer management solution.
The Partner offers a wide range of services covering back office, middle office and customer-facing, and the organisation has a strong track record in transforming services, generating cost savings and delivering value for their clients. The payment solutions provided by Eckoh will allow for further cost efficiency and significantly reduce the scope of their client's PCI DSS compliance processes.
