                                 Board Change

The Board of 365 Corporation plc announces that Danny Kelly has expressed his
intention to stand down as a director of the company.  Danny was one of the
founders of 365 in 1997 and has been instrumental in the development of the
internet content side of the business, which is now part of Rivals Digital
Media Ltd.  He will continue to contribute to the websites.

Martin Turner, CEO of 365, said:

'Danny has made a huge contribution to the building of the 365 brand over the
past few years, creating several high profile sports websites.  Following the
shift in focus of 365's operations, Danny has decided to pursue other
interests in the publishing arena.  He leaves with our best wishes.'
