Share Buy Back
Eckoh plc ('the Company') announces that it has today purchased 15,000,000
ordinary shares at 12.5p per ordinary share in the market, which the Company
intends to cancel in due course along with the 10,500,000 ordinary shares that
were bought back by the Company on 28 November 2006.
Following the above purchases, the total number of Ordinary Shares held by
persons other than the Company in issue is 248,461,687.
An announcement relating to a wider return of cash to all shareholders will be
made in the coming weeks.
