                365 CORPORATION STRENGTHENS ONLINE BETTING
              OFFERING WITH EXCLUSIVE FOOTBALL365 FIXED-ODDS
                           SPORTINGBET.COM DEAL
          
365 Corporation plc ('365'), the leading digital media and communications
company, has announced an exclusive Football365 fixed-odds deal with
Sportingbet.com (Alderney) Ltd. A link to Sportingbet.com's web sites will be
included on Football365's web pages, up to and including the 2002 FIFA World
Cup in Japan and South Korea. The performance related deal covers all future
national and international sites to be developed by Football365, across all
languages, with 365 receiving a sponsorship payment and a fixed-fee from
Sportingbet.com for every user clicking through and placing a bet.

As Football365's fixed-odds sports betting partner, Sportingbet.com will be
available to 365's football audience. The new partnership with Sportingbet.com
is a significant step in 365's proposed series of betting deals with leading
global brands. 365's betting portfolio has been developed across specialist
areas that encompass various forms of betting including fixed-odds, spread
betting and pools. This latest agreement builds on the company's previous
successes during Euro 2000 and the development of the Fantasy Football League.
