Statement regarding recent press speculation



Following recent press speculation, the board of 365 Corporation plc ('365')
confirms that they are in discussions regarding the possible sale of Symphony
Telecom Limited ('Symphony') to Convergent Communications plc ('Convergent') for
consideration that is anticipated to include Convergent shares. However, there
can be no certainty that these discussions will lead to a sale of Symphony.



Any proposed transaction would be subject to the approval of both 365 and
Convergent shareholders. A further announcement will be made in due course.
