In conformity with Section 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules
we would like to notify the market of the following:

Eckoh plc's share capital consists of 196,509,576 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence
each and Eckoh plc holds no shares in treasury. The total number of voting
rights in Eckoh plc is 196,509,576.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Eckoh plc under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
