                    William Hill on a sure bet with Eckoh
     
                   "Contract Renewal for another 2 years"


Eckoh Technologies, Europe's leading speech application service provider, has
announced that William Hill has extended their contract for the telephone based
Live Commentary and Results service by a further two years. The contract is a
major validation of the performance of Eckoh's Speech Solutions division who
have been operating the service since December 2003.


The service allows the customer to listen to live horse and dog racing
commentary and results as well as betting via the William Hill call centre; all
on a single call to a single number - 08712 444666.


As part of the new contract, Eckoh will further enhance the system with the
introduction of a speech-recognition based odds update service. Callers will
also have access to up-to the minute odds and results for any race, before going
on to place a bet.
