Annual General Meeting
At the AGM held on 7 October 1999 Chairman, Peter Lawrence, reported that
sales in all divisions are in the current financial year up by 18% on the
comparative period of 1998/1999. The acquisition of Interpet's US distributor
was announced on 28 September 1999 and offers good opportunities for
expansion. Eco Animal Heath has received formal registration of Ecomectin in
Ireland and is expecting a further two registrations for the UK in the next
week.
Mr Lawrence remains optimistic about the group achieving budgets and
delivering further good growth in earnings per share in 1999/2000 as he
mentioned in the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 1999.
At the AGM all the resolutions as set out in the notice of meeting were duly
passed.
