Eco Animal Health Group plc ("Eco" or the "Company") announces that the Board of
Eco on 19th September 2008 granted, under the Company's Employee Share Option
Schemes ("the schemes"),100,000 options to Mr M Loomes, 50,000 to Ms J Rosu ,
50,000 to Mr K Stockdale and 30,000 to Mr D Danson, all Directors of the
company.

All options so granted are exercisable at a price of 85p per share and become
exercisable from 19th September 2011.

Following this transaction Mr Loomes has options over 683,750, Ms Rosu has
options over 256,100, Mr Stockdale has options over 100,000 and Mr Danson has
options over 30,000.
