The Board was informed that in order to meet demand from institutional investors
Michael Brent, Managing Director, yesterday sold 150,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 268p per share. Following this transaction Mr Brent beneficially holds
60,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.23 per cent. of the
Company's current issued share capital.
