The  Company has been notified that 595,794 existing ordinary shares of 5p each,
representing  2.22% of Lawrence's issued share capital, have  been  placed  with
institutional  investors  at 375p per share on behalf  of  the  Chairman,  Peter
Lawrence, and his family, to help satisfy continuing institutional demand.

Following  this  Placing,  Peter Lawrence and his  family  remains  beneficially
interested in 9,000,000 ordinary shares, which represents 33.56 per cent of  the
issued share capital of the Company.
