Board Appointment
The Company announces that Marc Denham Loomes, aged 44, has been appointed as a
Director to the Board of Lawrence plc with immediate effect. Since 2004 Mr
Loomes has been Global Director Anti-Parasitic Products and Managing Director of
Eco Animal Health Limited, a position he will retain.
Commenting on the appointment Peter Lawrence said:
"The Directors are delighted to welcome Marc Loomes to the Board. His knowledge
and skills will complement us and his considerable international experience,
expertise and contacts in the animal health industry will be a great asset to
the Company."
Currently Mr Loomes holds an option over 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
issued on 30 March 2005, with an exercise price of 349p each and a further
100,000 ordinary shares issued on the 24 October 2005 with an exercise price of
344p.
Save for as disclosed above there are no other details required to be disclosed
under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

Lawrence plc will be announcing its interim results for the six months ended 30
September 2005 on Monday 12 December 2005.
