Board Appointment
Michael  Sanders, President of Eco Animal Health Ltd, has accepted an invitation
to  join  the  board of Lawrence plc with immediate effect.  As Eco becomes  the
largest business within Lawrence, his presence on the Board is opportune.

Peter Lawrence, Chairman of Lawrence, commented:
"In  our  July Results announcement I stressed our focus and commitment  to  the
animal  food farming industries worldwide.  Michael's experience and  vision  of
that  industry has contributed significantly to Eco's development and growth  as
it  seeks global leadership in its sector. I am delighted that he is joining the
Board where his experience and knowledge will be greatly valued."

Michael Sanders, President of ECO, commented:
