Further re Drug Registrations

           Lawrence plc - ECO Animal Health Drug Registrations

In  my  Chairman's  Statement  in the Annual  Report  in  July  2003,  I
commented  on  the difficulty in forecasting the precise timing  of  the
grant  of drug registrations. I am therefore delighted to announce  that
our   ECO   Animal   Health  subsidiary  has  now   received   marketing
authorisations through the European Mutual Recognition Procedure  for  a
further  ten  important  member  states of  the  European  Union.  These
registrations  are  for  Ecomectin injection for use  against  parasitic
infections in certain livestock.

This is the largest registration received by ECO Animal Health to date.

These  new  registrations  represent an exciting  and  very  significant
market  opportunity for our drug, which is already  selling  well  in  a
number  of  international markets. We expect sales in Europe from  these
new  registrations  to commence in the new year upon completion  of  the
necessary  administrative  arrangements. These  new  registrations  will
contribute  increasingly to the results for our  financial  year  ending
March 2005 as sales develop.

We  are  expecting further important drug registrations over the  coming
months and as always will keep shareholders advised of progress.
