                                Aivlosin - Update

Lawrence  is pleased to report that registration and marketing of Aivlosin,  its
patented  macrolide antibiotic for the prevention and treatment  of  respiratory
and digestive diseases in pigs and poultry, continued apace in the six months to
30  September  2005.  Aivlosin is a medication from ECO  Animal  Health  Limited
(ECO), a subsidiary of Lawrence plc.

The European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products (EMEA) has recently
announced a positive opinion on ECO's new manufacturing facility. Although  this
was  anticipated  in  our  2005 Annual Report, EMEA's  confirmation  is  another
important step in the build up of Aivlosin as a global veterinary product.
