Result of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held
today, the resolution was passed approving the issue of the 1,350,000 new
ordinary shares of 10 pence each pursuant to the Placing announced on 13
February 2002.
It is expected that admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on the
Alternative Investment Market will take place on Monday 11 March 2002. In
addition, it is expected that the acquisition of Ringpress Publishing Limited,
detailed in the announcement dated 13 February 2002, will be completed early
next week.
