Scrip dividend
The Board of ECO is pleased to confirm that it is recommending an unchanged
final dividend of 5.45 pence per share making a total for the year of 7.15 pence
per share (2008: 7.15 pence per share). The dividend may be taken in shares or
cash.
Shareholder approval will be sought at the Annual General Meeting on 24
September 2009 to pay the final dividend on 9 November 2009 to shareholders on
the register on 2 October 2009 (record date). The ex dividend date will be 30
September 2009.
Shareholders will be posted the appropriate scrip documentation on 7 October
2009 and should return it by 5pm on 2 November 2009 .
