                          Director/ PDMR shareholding


EcoSecurities Group PLC announces that it was informed on July 17th 2007 in
relation to directors dealings and changes in significant shareholdings, that on
that day the Betsy and Jesse Fink Foundation transferred the legal interest only
in its shareholding of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the
Companies issued share capital, representing 4.87 per cent of the Company's
entire issued share capital, to Goldman Sachs & Co as its custodian for no
consideration.
