                          Director/ PDMR shareholding

EcoSecurities Group PLC announces that it was informed on July 17th 2007 in
relation to directors dealings and changes in significant shareholdings, that on
that day Marc Schwartz transferred his legal interest only in his shareholding
of 3,126,336 ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the Companies issued share
capital, representing 3.05 per cent of the Company's entire issued share
capital, to Goldman Sachs & Co as his custodian for no consideration.
