EcoSecurities Group PLC announces that it has received the following information
from UBS AG about its interest in Ordinary shares of EcoSecurities Group PLC:
Pursuant to Section 67 of the Irish Companies Act we write to inform you that as
at the close of its business on 10th August 2006, UBS AG, acting through its
business group and legal entities detailed below, had an interest in 7,339,969
shares in Ordinary Shares of EcoSecurities Group PLC, representing a total of
8.01% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (91,626,676).
