                        NOTIFICATION OF INTERIM RESULTS


EcoSecurities, one of the world's leading companies in the business of
originating, implementing and commercialising carbon credits from greenhouse gas
emission reduction projects, will be announcing its interim results for the six
months ended 30th June, 2007 on Friday 7th September 2007.
