Dublin, Ireland - Further to the announcement issued on 3 July 2007, the Board
of EcoSecurities is pleased to announce that at the Extraordinary General
Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions which were set out in the Notice of
Extraordinary General Meeting dated 3 July 2007 were duly passed.

Admission of the 10,177,275 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc is expected to occur at 8.00 am
on 27 July 2007.

Further to the announcement made on 22 June 2007, Brent Bechtle, previously
appointed to the Board by Cargill, and Jesse Fink, previously appointed to the
Board by MSM Capital Partners, will step down as non-executive directors of
EcoSecurities with effect from 27 July 2007. EcoSecurities intends to recruit
additional non-executive directors in due course.
