Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Malcolm King (known as Max) as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from Monday, 11 September 2017.

Mr King is a chartered accountant and has over 30 years' experience in fund management having worked at Finsbury Asset Management, J O Hambro Capital Management and Investec Asset Management. He is currently a non-executive director of Henderson Opportunities Trust plc.

The following additional information is disclosed in accordance with Chapter 9 of the Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules:

1.   There are no details to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13R

2.   As at today's date Mr King holds 10,115 ordinary shares of the Company.
