Disclosure of share sale by Partner of Ecofin Limited

The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr Bernard Lambilliotte, a Partner of Ecofin Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that the trustees of the International Pension Plan of Ecofin Holdings Limited, of which he is a member, have sold 1,540,289 Ordinary shares on his behalf and that the trustees of a family trust associated with Mr Lambilliotte have sold 182,000 Ordinary shares. These sales were made at an average price of 113.00p per share between 28 February, 2018 and 10 April, 2018.

Following these transactions, the aggregate holding in the Company that Mr Lambilliotte is interested in (via the International Pension Plan and trusts and companies in which he has an interest) is 2,049,408, representing 2.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.
