Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust plc (the Company)

 

Issue of Equity

 

 

The Company announces that on 7 December, 2020 it issued 30,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each (the "New Shares") at a price of 181.72 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

 

Application will be made for the New Shares to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares and admission is expected to commence on 9 December, 2020. This allotment of new shares is being made to satisfy market demand and is made under the Company's annual issuance authority.

 

Following the issuance, there will be 96,553,423 Ordinary shares in issue and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
