The Company announces that it was informed today by Mr. Matthew Breidert, a Partner of Ecofin Limited, the Investment Manager to the Company, that he has bought 19,607 Ordinary shares at an average price of 127.50p per share on 24 August 2017.

Following this transaction, Mr. Breidert owns 231,847 Ordinary shares, representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
