Transaction in own shares

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.4.6, the Company announces that on 31 July 2023 it purchased for cancellation 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

The pricing was as follows:

Weighted average price per share:                  188.7242p                             

Lowest price per share:                                   187.5000p                                    

Highest price per share:                                  191.5080p                                

Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 116,500,000. 

There are no shares held in treasury. The figure of 116,500,000 may therefore be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
