AGM and Final Dividend dates
27th February 2008
The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, (APG), is pleased to announce that the
2008 Annual General Meeting will be held at 17 Hill Street, London, W1J 5NZ on
Wednesday 23rd April 2008 at 9:30am.
Subject to approval at this AGM, the final dividend for the year ending 31st
December 2007 of 4.35p net per ordinary share will be paid on 1st August 2008 to
shareholders registered on the share register at the close of business on 20th
June 2008. This represents an increase of 16% on the 2006 final dividend. This
brings the total dividend for 2007 to 7.35p net per ordinary share, compared to
6.35p for 2006.
The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London on 18th June 2008 and in
Australia on 16th June 2008.
Shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect to receive a scrip
dividend instead of cash.
