Results of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
At the Annual General Meeting of Anglo Pacific Group plc (the 'Company') held on
25th April 2007 all ordinary resolutions were passed, including the authority to
issue scrip dividends and pay a final dividend of 3.75p per share. Special
resolutions to authorise the allotment for cash of new equity shares or from
treasury and to authorise the Company to make one or more market purchases of
its own shares were also passed.
