Anglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company') announces that Mr Anthony Yadgaroff, Non-Executive Director, bought on 19th December 2008 5,226 shares in the Company at a price of 94.51p per share. Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 176,380 shares representing approximately 0.17% of the issued ordinary share capital.
