Anglo Pacific Group plc ("the Company") announces that Chris Orchard, Chief Investment Officer, bought on 29^th March 2010 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of 231.40p per share and a further 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of 231.70p.  Following this notification his revised beneficial interest in the Company is now 79,634 shares representing approximately 0.07% of the issued ordinary share capital.
