ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC
The Board of Anglo Pacific Group PLC, (APG), is pleased to announce an Interim
Dividend for the year ending 31st December 2006 of 2.60p net per ordinary share
(2005 Interim 2.25p net), an increase of 16%. This will be paid to shareholders
registered on the share register at the close of business on 8th December 2006.
The shares will be quoted ex dividend in London on 6th December 2006 and in
Australia on 4th December 2006 and the dividend will be paid on 2nd February
2007.
Shareholders will again be given the opportunity to elect to receive a scrip
dividend instead of cash.
The Final Dividend for the year ended 31st December 2006 will be announced with
the 2006 Prelims. at the end of February 2007.
