Shareholding Notification

The Company has been informed on 15th May 2008 that, as at 14th May 2008, AXA S.A, and its group of companies, now hold an interest in 11,853,897 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company. This holding represents approximately 11.11% of the voting rights of the Company's issued share capital.

These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 598,344 shares (approximately 0.56% of the issued ordinary share capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 11,255,553 shares (approximately 10.55% of the issued ordinary share capital).
