Shareholding Notification

The Company has been informed on 8th July 2008 that, as at 7th July 2008, AXA S.A, and its group of companies, now hold an interest in 11,781,429 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company. This holding represents approximately 11.04% of the voting rights of the Company's issued share capital.

These shares are represented by a beneficial interest of 570,922 shares (approximately 0.54% of the issued ordinary share capital) and a non-beneficial interest of 11,210,507 shares (approximately 10.50% of the issued ordinary share capital).
