Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE:APF)(TSX:APY) will announce its results for the three and six months ended
June 30, 2012 on Tuesday, August 14, 2012.

An analyst presentation on the Company's interim results will take place via audio webcast at 9:30am (BST) on
