He will be leaving the Group on March 23, 2012 or earlier by mutual consent. Mr. Tack joined the Company in 2004 and has been Finance Director since 2006. He is leaving the Group to return to Australia after ten years working in the UK. The Board will immediately begin a process to identify a Chief Financial Officer to ensure an orderly handover of responsibilities.
