Anglo Pacific Group plc
Anglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company) announces that, as in previous years, it
has today sent a Circular to shareholders pursuant to the Scrip Dividend
Alternative that was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 13th April
2005. This gives shareholders on the Register on 2nd December 2005 the option to
take the interim dividend of 2.25p per share for the year ended 31st December
2005 in shares instead of cash. The last time for return of forms of election is
3.00pm on 13th January 2006
Copies of the Circular will be available shortly for inspection at the Document
Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority which is situated at The Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
