Scrip Dividend
Anglo Pacific Group plc ('the Company') announces that, as in previous years, on
29th June 2007 it sent a Circular to shareholders pursuant to the Scrip Dividend
Alternative that was approved at the Annual General Meeting held on 25th April
2007. This gives shareholders on the Register on 22nd June 2007 the option to
take the final dividend of 3.75p per share for the year ended 31st December 2006
in shares instead of cash. The last time for return of forms of election is
3.00pm on 20th July 2007.
Copies of the Circular will be available shortly for inspection at the Document
Viewing Facility of the UK Listing Authority which is situated at The Financial
Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London, E14 5HS.
