The Company has today been notified that on 17th December 2007 Terence Strapp,
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at a price of 83p.



Following this transaction Mr Strapp now holds 7.12% of the current issued share
capital of the company.
