Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 7, that Argos Investment Fund 
is interested in a total of 2,100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the 
Company, representing approximately 3.47 per cent of the Company's issued share 
capital. All of these shares carry voting rights.
