London 29 January 2007 - Under sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 the 
following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 29 January 2007 that AXA S.A. has a beneficial 
interest in an aggregate of 2,358,350 ordinary shares in the Company and a 
non-beneficial interest in an aggregate of 1,446,051 shares in the Company. 
These interests represent 4.39% and 2.69% of the issued share capital of the 
Company respectively.

The current issued capital of the Company totals 53,680,144 shares.
