Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 7, that Argos Investment Fund - 
Greater Europe is interested in a total of 2,550,000 ordinary shares of 10 
pence each in the Company, representing approximately 4.08 per cent of the 
Company's issued share capital of 62,499,911 shares. All of these shares carry 
voting rights.
