Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 7, that Majedie Asset Management
Ltd is interested in a total of 3,237,300 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the Company, representing approximately 5.17 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital of 62,674,911. All of these shares carry voting rights.
