London 27 June 2008 - The Company has received notification pursuant to the Transparency Directive's Transitional Provision 7, that Clients of SVM Asset Management Ltd are interested in a total 5,820,137 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, representing an increase to approximately 9.29 per cent of the Company's issued share capital of 62,674,911. All of these shares carry voting rights.
