The Company was notified on 13 November 2006 that SVM UK Active Fund plc was
interested in a total of 1,807,143 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing
3.37% of the current issued capital of the Company.



The Company was notified on 13 November 2006 that Morgan Stanley Securities
Limited was interested in a total of 3,882,143 Ordinary Shares in the Company
representing 7.24% of the current issued capital of the Company.



The Company was notified on 14 November 2006 that Resources Investment Trust plc
has disposed of 1,714,186 Ordinary Shares in the Company and therefore no longer
has a notifiable interest in the Company.
