                           SHAREHOLDING NOTIFICATION

On 21 February 2005, the Company received information from Artemis Investment
Management Limited, that Artemis and certain of its subsidiary companies have a
notifiable interest of 3,750,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing 5.24
per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
