Notice of AGM

ECSC Group plc (AIM: ECSC), the cyber security services provider, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2017, along with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and associated form of proxy, has today been sent to its shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at offices of the Company, 28 Campus Road, Listerhills Science Park, Bradford, BD7 1HR, on Thursday 14 June 2018 at 12 noon.

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at www.ecsc.co.uk.
