Posting of Annual Report and Accounts & Notice of Annual General Meeting

ECSC (AIM: ECSC), the provider of cyber security services, is pleased to announce that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and associated Form of Proxy, together with its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018, will be posted to shareholders today.

The Company's AGM will be held at Regus - London Monument, 68 King William Street, London EC4N 7DZ on Wednesday 19 June 2019 at 2.00 pm.

The Notice of AGM and associated Form of Proxy, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 will also be available on the Company's website at www.ecsc.co.uk.
