plc, Edinburgh High Zeros 2005 plc, Edinburgh Income and Value Trust plc and
Edinburgh Value Zeros plc and associated placing the following interests in the
share capital of the Company fall to be notified to the company pursuant to
sections 324 or 328 of the Act or fall to be entered in the register maintained
under section 325 of the Act:
