Change in Management Fee

The Board of Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc announces a change in the calculation of the Company's management fee, with the opening tier being reduced from 0.95% to 0.75% on the first £50m of net assets.

With effect from 1 January 2019 the annual management fee payable to the Company's Investment Managers and Secretaries, Baillie Gifford & Co Limited, will be as follows: 0.75% on the first £50m of net assets, 0.65% on the next £200m of net assets and 0.55% on the remaining net assets. The fees are calculated on a quarterly basis.
